2. Services
Erenext provides remote education services including interactive video lessons, live individual tutoring, and international education consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timing, and price for a service are described on the relevant service page, proposal, roadmap, or invoice.
3. Orders and service scope
Before work begins, the client is responsible for reviewing the service description, scope, price, and any timing shown on the applicable invoice or agreed proposal. Payment of an invoice confirms the client’s authorization for Erenext LLC to provide the services identified on that invoice, subject to these Terms of Service and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Pricing, billing, and payment
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the invoice. Payments may be collected through Mercury and authorized third party payment processors. By submitting a payment method, the client confirms that they are authorized to use it.
Erenext LLC is responsible for the transaction and for customer support relating to the services purchased from us. Payment card details are collected and processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by the Erenext website.
5. Delivery and scheduling
Delivery timing depends on the service purchased. Interactive video lessons are delivered through a private link within 7 days of payment of the invoice, unless a different timeline is stated on the invoice or agreed proposal. Live tutoring is delivered remotely at scheduled times. Consulting begins according to the agreed scope or roadmap. Any material change to the agreed scope or schedule will be communicated to the client.
6. Interactive video lessons
Interactive video lessons are priced by learning objective. The price starts at $150, which includes the first two learning objectives, and each additional learning objective is $60. The learning objectives covered by a lesson are listed on the applicable quote or invoice.
Access to a lesson is provided through a private link for the learner named on the invoice. The link remains available for 12 months from the date of delivery and may not be shared, resold, or used by any other person.
Lessons are produced with the support of AI tools. The narrators are avatars and voices generated by AI; they are not real people, are not based on the likeness of any Erenext educator and do not speak for any educator. Erenext educators prepare and approve the core content of each lesson. Explanations, questions, and answers generated during a lesson, including responses to questions typed by the learner, are produced within that approved content and are reviewed by educators afterward. Generated content may occasionally contain errors; the client agrees to report any suspected error to info@erenext.com so that it can be reviewed and corrected.
Interactive features, including alternative explanations, new questions, and responses to typed questions, are provided for the learner’s personal study and are subject to fair use. Erenext may limit or suspend these features where use clearly exceeds normal individual study, including automated access, sharing the link with other people, or commercial use. Any such limitation does not affect access to the delivered lesson content for the remainder of the access period.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Academic integrity and outcomes
Erenext provides educational support and consulting. We do not guarantee grades, examination scores, admission decisions, visa decisions, or any other specific academic or institutional outcome. We do not complete assessed work, examinations, coursework or applications on behalf of a learner.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Erenext retains ownership of its original educational materials, methods, templates, recordings, and other content. When a client purchases access to digital educational content, the client receives a personal, nontransferable right to use that content for their own educational purposes. The content may not be resold, publicly distributed, or commercially reproduced without written permission.
10. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information reasonably required to deliver the service, attend scheduled sessions on time, and use the services lawfully. The client is responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying us promptly of any apparent error.
11. Payment questions and disputes
If there is a billing or service issue, contact info@erenext.com so we can investigate it promptly. This request does not restrict any lawful rights available to the client through a card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of the client’s jurisdiction. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when a service is purchased applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the client.
14. Contact
