1. Who we are
Erenext LLC is a Colorado limited liability company registered in the United States. Our registered business address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Privacy questions may be sent to info@erenext.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, academic background, curriculum, educational goals, service preferences, communications, and information needed to prepare or deliver the services you request.
When you pay an invoice, the payment provider may collect billing, card, bank, device, and transaction information. Erenext does not receive or store your full payment card number through this website.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and invoices, deliver tutoring, interactive video lessons, and consulting, schedule meetings, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
4. Website inquiries
When you submit the website inquiry form, the information you enter (your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you select, and your message) is sent to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards it to Erenext by email. Web3Forms processes this information for the purpose of delivering your inquiry, under its own privacy terms. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website may instead prepare an email draft in your own email application. Do not submit payment card details through the website inquiry form.
To block automated spam, the inquiry form uses hCaptcha, a verification service that processes device, browser and usage information under its own privacy terms and may set cookies needed for the verification. Apart from this, the Erenext website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms.
5. Interactive video lessons and AI tools
Interactive video lessons are produced with AI tools. Some of these tools operate on infrastructure managed by Erenext, and some are provided by third party cloud services. To produce a lesson, these tools receive lesson content, the relevant learning objectives, and official guidance published for the applicable curriculum. We do not send a learner’s name, email address, phone number, or other contact details to these tools.
During a lesson, the learner can type their own questions. Typed questions are processed by these tools, which may include third party cloud services, in order to generate a response. Learners should not include names, contact details, or other personal information in the questions they type.
The narrators in our lessons are avatars and voices generated by AI. They are not real people, are not based on the likeness of any Erenext educator and do not speak for any educator.
6. Payments
Invoice and card payments may be facilitated by Mercury and payment processing partners such as Stripe, as applicable to the payment method selected. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy and security terms. The Erenext website does not store full payment card numbers.
7. Service providers and disclosure
We may share personal information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and deliver the requested service, including payment, invoicing, email, videoconferencing, cloud service providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
8. International processing
Erenext serves clients internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States and countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use lawful mechanisms for international transfers.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, accounting, legal, and dispute resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and in some cases to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact info@erenext.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Children and students
Our services may involve students. Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required by applicable law, the responsible adult must provide that consent before personal information is submitted or services are purchased on behalf of a minor.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
